Jessie Aufderheide, NSCA-CPT, created her personal training business Teton Training and it’s website TetonTraining.net as a resource for Jackson locals and visitors to access information about exercise and related events.

Jessie’s BS in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University, Personal Training Certification and Medical Exercise Specialist training has allowed her the opportunity to experience the fitness world from the inside of national corporate companies, non-profits, and mom and pop operations.

Jessie has lived the Jackson life for seven years with her husband and two dogs.  She started as a gymnastics coach at Jackson Gymnastics and now volunteers at Therapeutic Riding and moonlights as a ski patroller (really, she skis by the light of the moon while night patrolling at “The King”).
