Ask me a question, I'll give you an answer.

Question: Is there a curfew in Jackson if you are under 18? What if my parents give me permission to be out late? Now that school is out, my friends and I want to stay out during the summer.

This week’s question is answered by Sgt. Tom Combs of the Teton County Sheriff’s Office.

Sgt. Combs: No, Teton County,  including the Town of Jackson does not have a curfew.  However, it is important to remember that your parents can set a curfew for you, and depending on who your parents are, the consequences for violating their curfew could be even more severe than anything the law could do!”  Keeping an open line of communication between you and your parents is key to keeping your nights fun and safe.
